We are seeking Sessional Residential Support Workers. You will provide support on a shift work basis to a group of vulnerable young people who require high levels of supervision and support in terms of developing skills for independent living, support with education, training or employment, emotional support and guidance and supporting their therapeutic aims.

Within this role you will lead the development of appropriate teaching, learning strategies, assessments and reporting as well as liaising with external tutors. A Lead Teacher will plan, deliver, develop and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for students at the school.
