What will I do as a Morning Assistant Residential Care Worker working for Compass Children’s Homes?
– Using life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life. Helping them to overcome any difficulties or disadvantages they may face – allowing them to strengthen their future. You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. They may also require your guidance within education, training and employment.
– You will have a great work/life balance. Hours can vary from home to home, though rota patterns are often 08:00 to 11:00/12:00, Monday to Friday during term time.

We want the children and young people in our care to feel like they live in a home that is theirs, which includes decorating their own bedrooms how they want them and ensuring rooms like the kitchen and living rooms are warm and welcoming.
