Here at Compass we make a difference to children’s lives.

We understand that a child’s emotional development can depend on their age, ability and experience, but most importantly the access to a significant person in their life. A person who can help shape their future.

Could this be you?

We also know that life can get really busy; it may be that you’re looking for part time work to fit around an education course, the school run or your family. Perhaps you’re looking to get back into work or start your journey in a new career. A part-time role with Compass is the ideal place to start! You will ideally have experience in working with children and young people on your CV. Whilst the role has its challenges, the results you will see from the children you work with are incomparable.

In order to be successful in your application you will be subject to a rigorous safer recruitment process, subject to references and enhanced DBS check. As a member of staff, you must adhere to a strict code of conduct regarding your behaviour at all times.
