We’ve been so impressed with our young people recently as they reach for the stars and smash their goals. Hearing their stories is a perfect reminder that with the right team around us, great things can happen! It’s a reminder too of how positive the impact can be when we’re kind to each other, respect each other and meet people where they’re at.
Here are just a few of our young people’s achievements in the past month:

• T was recognised for her “positive contribution to charity”, having completed a charity 4K run, raising money for a children’s hospital and attending work experience at AgeUK. She loved getting dressed up for the evening and is proud of herself for what she has managed to achieve in 2024.
• S  recently won an award for “most changed behaviour” at the Children in Care Awards. The evening provided such a positive experience for R and was the perfect way “to celebrate his achievements and make him feel so special”.
• T attended an awards evening where he won the “Most Determined to Succeed” award, having shown a big improvement in his attitude to school and wanting to learn.
