What a year it’s has been for our homes! From trying new hobbies to visiting new places, from improving life skills to learning new ones, and from winning awards to helping others do their best, our children, young people and staff have had such a successful 2024.

They have…

• visited some amazing places like Spain, Disney Land Paris, the Lake District, Cornwall and Tenerife.

• tried new hobbies like photography, horse riding, kayaking, quad biking and hiking.

• been on adventures to the London Dungeons, Chessington, Skegness, Alton, Towers, football stadiums and local museums.

• learned to help look after house pets including chickens, gerbils and rabbits.

• won awards for “most changed behaviour”, “positive contributions to charity” and “most determined to succeed”.

• supported charities like Cancer Research UK, Paws for Thought, the Great North Children’s Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and local foodbank- together, they have raised more than £1600!

We excited to see what 2025 brings, and we’re sure there will be plenty of new adventures to embark on, new hobbies to learn and memories to be made.
